Life

Friendship
A friend is someone you meet and you know in that moment you are meant to be, some friendships take even longer, some come, some go, but its those that stay you should keep tight forever. Friends are little parts of yourself, friends are gifts that you should cherish and never take for granted, friends are there for you for a reason, friends are your partner in crime, friends listen to what you have to say and care, if you can rely on someone, trust someone, depend on someone, laugh and cry, travel near and far and understand them for who they are, they will always be your friend.

Love
Love for me most of my life has only been one sided, or it wasn't real and it took me being hurt many times to figure that out. Love is self discovery of who I was and who I am now. Love is friendship ignighted; Love is when two people that are meant to be together, make a world, love holds no boundries, love is endless, love is happiness, love is when you look into that persons eyes, and they are looking back into yours the same way.

Life
Life is something that is made and created, everyone has a path, but that path always has a fork that you have to choose from. You can take the high road or the load road, everything you do is a learning experience; everyday we are alive is a miracle, some days you feel high some days you feel low, but if you really live life, you can see how precious every single moment really is. If you take advantage of every weekend and create adventures for yourself, you become a more complex person, you develop battle scars and every thing you do is a story about yourself and your own journey in this life.

Career
Everyone has a telling of what they have been, what they have done, and where they are now. I for one, have chosen a pathway that has folded one onto the other as every single job I've has are like stars in the sky; they are all connected in some way. I want to obtain my DPT because it prob will be the most academically challenging this I will ever do in my life, and prove all the doubters wrong that I can have a doctorate and be Dana Miscia. That when I do qualify for Kona I can look back and say screw you all who said I wasnt good enough, look at me now bc I worked my ass off to get to this point. Everything I do is a process; every choice I make is for a reason bc I know I am slowly climbing up the latter to who I want to be, and where I want to go. If I am happy with a job within my relm of my career such as where I am now, I plan to stick to it until my life changes wherever I get into school.

Wellbeing
I knew the moment I stepped foot on the track, I was made to run. I never had any running background what so ever and in fact the moment I attempted to run 1-2 miles I felt like I was having a combo btw an ashma and a heartattack and nor do I suffer from neither!! I have been running compeitively since 2001 and when I look back on it all and what I've done to get me to this point, I get teary eyed. I have tons of track videos both from hs and college and I love to just relive the moments of being on a team and growing as an athlete. I fell in love with the feeling of being pushed to my extent, I loved the release and the rush of going FAST and I knew that the track was my place to let lose. This later lead to road races, and eventually triathlons. I am so happy that I got into this, when you rly get into running you can see how theaputic it can become and how your body releases endomorphins to give you more energy and kicking it into a 2nd gear that you never even knew existed. This is a pathyway in life that will keep building you as a person to become a better version of yourself.
