This week

This week I have to fig a way to train a man for 3 days whos a heavy lifter... and I mean heavy...
to be able to spot his lifts which I'm nervous as hell about.. mostly bc, once he fatiques out, I will have to assist him in lifting 200 LBS....

First off, what I am releaved with however is that he is coming from a Chicago office and is just in New York for the week on business.... and has only requested 30 min training sessions. 30 minutes can seem like 10 mins as it does seem to fly by quite quickly.... He needs a 5 mins warmup and 5 min cooldown exercises, so that leaves 20 mins for the core of the work out.

So, I am going to have him do an assisted dip, pullups, leg press, rows, and maybe even working in with kettle bells would be a great high volume, rapid lifitng, strength gaining exercises....

2ndly, I am going out Tuesday night to the Go Mag awards straight from work so, I have to fig out a strategy to meet Michelle Rod, which really develops when I get there. It is based on how crowded it is, where she is, and how tight security is. It is also based on if she will leave the DJ booth at any point or at the end of the nite... I am sure she will be in and out of the VIP area.... I am 99% I can score a photo w her in just 2 days and that would make my week.

3rdly, wens nite is Kelis, I tried to see her in AC that night was just a nightmare in itself, I so went to AC for NOTHING. horrible... just not the right scene for me esp going w out a friend :/ This is gonna be at Santos I guess with in my bordrem tmr, I can get the addresses thro my phone on where I'm gonna be at.

4thly Thurs night I am supposed to go out with Pam, God knows where yet, but I hope you come thro Pam if ur readin this and it works out, bc I am looking forward to a fun night and having some fun w you for quite some time now....

Being that I am going out in the middle of the week Tues-Thurs, I am NOT going out on Fri + Sat. Bas bc I NEED rest, and I'm NOT spending money for the hell of it and bc I am racing the BX biathlon Sunday + Spending most of the day w Sheri who I am super xcited to finally meet and chill w.

SO all and all this is gonna be a hard working week and I guess instead of having the fun at the end of the wkd which I am, I am gonna be having it, after work too so I have the events right under my feet which the antisipation for them is even higher since I am going to all 3 events right from work...

Thankfully, Monday Im stayin in which is another good xcuse on why I should use monday as a swimming day to get the LA out of my legs so I feel fresh in time for sunday, yet manage to get a couple speed and tempo work outs in....

The bronx biathlon, ah, Orchard Beach Pelham park, a place I almost, but not quite made it to on foot on 1 of my long ass runs I had planned while I was in school. I think I will find it new and xciting since its a first. Whew, I def did a lot of writing today thats for sure.

Unfort. bootcamp got back to me to tell me some not so good, but kinda obvi news, I kinda knew that when people or a person is being not so quite upfront with something, it usually means they are not interested... unfor, that was the case, I just think its timing and money so now I am not meeting w the bootcamp till June :/ its alright tho bc I am sacrificing sleep and time and doing the Brix, I just think that I will be able to confirm to getting up super early as well esp to earn an xtra much needed $100 bikes, and each week, I become an xtra $100 bux closer to my racing bike!
