Whats next?

The fastest time that Qed last yr was a 538 which is so do-able, I just have to make sure I am swimming my hardest/fastest EVER, biking non stop hard, + run pushin myself the entire time. my goals are as files:

1.2 mile swim=40 flat

56 mi bike=3 hrs flat

13 mi run=148



we shall see how I do, have 1.2 left to train....



then some locals in oct that I can race in for free <3>



If I can qualify for Clearwater this yr, nxt yr im def lookin at my first full, and that is to qualify for kona through st croix. If I can do that, that will give me a focus to train for, and save money for the trip and to move out of the house in the mean time, so I hope this can be made possible, so I can live my dream and move to california like tatiana did. But my story is diff, I have to work sev jobs to get there bc no one will help me but myself.....



For 2011 I am really syked to ring in my 25th bday w both cousins Denise and Donna whose bdays are only 5 days before mine. I am also xcited to come over brookes spring break and to see her race the 800 at varsity level, it will be like I am watching myself...

Then me Denise and Donna can go to a club together which they havent gotten to do for year, so hopefully someone good will be out there that wk, either guetta, tony moran, fonceca, oakenfold, tiesto, yinon yahel etc....



Then I get to see Brooke more since shes off on springbreak and rly start scouting poss places to move to.
