This is called the row pushup. Basically you grab 5-15 Lb dumbells, whatever suits your strength level. You line them up and actually hold them on the down phase of the pushup. As you come up, you need to balance on 1 arm and do a row motion with the opposite arm. It might seem easy, but you defintly need the strength and balance at the same time as the endurance to pushup then row back to back.
